His 25 years in the insurance industry includes being selected by the (SBA) Small Business Administration in 2005 to advise small to medium size business owners in their business operations management. He also served in evaluating their risk management insurance exposure.
He tried out and made the University of Cincinnati baseball team as a walk on under coach Glen Sample. While at the University of Cincinnati he studied business management.
Wayne has been married to his wife Marsha for 27 years and have two children and four lovely grandchildren.
